You are an IT/IS consultant engaged by a medium-sized, high-end, surf wear clothing manufacturer and retailer called Riptide. The business has been successful for many years largely because of the founding owner’s ability to work personally with and

anticipate the needs and wants of Riptide’s loyal customer base in the surf wear segment of the clothing industry.
