Perhaps a transformational leader is trustworthy, inspiring, and charismatic? Perhaps this leader leads with integrity, respect, and empathy? Perhaps this leader is team-focused, encouraging, and positive?

 

How would you define a transformational leader, and when might you have experienced this type of leadership?
