A comprehensive literature review involves an in-depth scholarly research about your topic, demonstrating your mastery of the subject and ability to integrate and synthesize what is known about the topic, and how your project adds to that knowledge. The literature should include recent information (i.e., within the last 10 years), as well as relevant historical information.
