Best practices should be areas/behaviors that set a business apart in terms of what it does regularly to create or maintain market share. These should be benchmarks that show or deliver results for an organization. In your research, if you discover that motivating employees, teamwork, etc. help deliver results for your business of choice, then write about it in your paper.
