These are the instructions from my professor:
1. Read the case study (Sagamok First Nation) a couple of times to get a sense of SFN's situation, circumstances, and information.
2. Decide what issue(s) and/or opportunity(s) you would like to address as a consultant regarding the situation faced by Chief Paul Eshkakogan who needs your assistance and would like to see a proposal in this regard.
Also, we have to use a tool (SWOT/ PESTEL) to analyze three situations in the case and resolve the problem. It needs to fill out all the tables in the attached file.
