For this essay, you will draw from Dante and Shakespeare and consider the role of death and purgatory in the texts.
Be sure not to separate your essay in half; meaning, you don't want to separate your claims by text. You can and should analyze both in your paragraphs.
The assignment should have a clear topic supported by citations from the literature. The paper should be 4 FULL pages in length AT MINIMUM, with an introduction, four to five body paragraphs (a paragraph being roughly 13 to 20 sentences), and a conclusion.
You MUST integrate textual support CONCISELY with citations.
Please do not reference outside sources. GOOGLING "for ideas" that end up in your paper is still plagiarism.
Be use to observe MLA format - double spaced, Times New Roman 12 point font, one inch margins, with no additional space. and a correct works cited page is mandatory.
Your paper will not pass if it does not meet all these basic requirements.
When you have completed the assignment, save a copy for yourself in an easily accessible place and submit a copy to your instructor using Moodle.
