You want the supervisors to understand the elements of the model and that by understanding model, they can apply it to their employees' current developmental state. By doing so, they will be able to understand the following:
Developmental needs of the employee
How to communicate more effectively with all employees
How to provide opportunities that may advance them on the hierarchy
Presentation Guidelines
Your presentation should include the following:

Speaker notes for each slide demonstrating your thoughts
Speaker notes for each slide must be 100ۉ‚¬Å“125 words
Examples to illustrate your understanding and application of each level of the model
Whether leaders can move a person to a higher level of the hierarchy (and how)
A question provided at the end that can be discussed so supervisors will have an idea of how they might apply this theory to their work situations...PLEASE NOTE THIS IS 8 SLIDES WITH INFORMATION NOT INCLUDING THE TITLE PAGE AND REFERENCE SLIDE. ALSO EACH SLIDE SHOW SHOULD HAVE 100-125 SPEAKER NOTES
