Select an existing product or service from an existing organization. This product or service is the basis for this and subsequent Learning Team Assignments.
Attain faculty approval of your product or service and organization before beginning this project.
Write a 1,450- to 1,750-word paper in which you address the following:
Identify the existing target market or markets for the selected product or service, and how the selected product or service is positioned against its competition.
Examine the role that consumer behavior plays in the positioning of the selected product or service as it relates to basic marketing concepts.
Examine the impact of purchasing trends on consumer behavior, such as globalization, cultural changes, and technology, and how these trends will affect the marketing of the selected product or service.
Cite the assigned reading and at least two outside references in your paper.
