1.In order to complete a successful training needs analysis, some thought has to be given to the current level of competence of employees. Think about some ways you would go about doing that in your organization. Discuss how you would complete this task.
2.Costs are always a concern and it has been noticed that you are running around gathering information in preparation for this Training Needs Analysis and the other parts of the training program that will follow. What points will you use to justify this expenditure of man-hours and the resulting training program to follow?
3.The Internet contains a wealth of information that can help you with your tasks as it relates to training. When you are doing your analysis, what kinds of searches would you start off with? What are, if any, the potential problems with going to the Internet when looking for training ideas?
