Select one item from Strengths and on item from Opportunities. Describe strategies that will take advantage of the strengths and opportunities that you chose. Be detailed in your explanation of how a company could capitalize on that strength and opportunity.
Select on item from Weaknesses and one item from Threats. Describe strategies that will help the company reduce the negative impact of that weakness and threat. Be detailed in your explanations.
Your strategies should relate to one of the functions of management. Be sure to indicate which functions(s) of management would apply to each or your strategies.
