Think back to a time when you wondered about a practice or structure within an organization. If you can not remember such a situation from your own work history, you may write about an organization that you can read about in the press. Please identify the practice that you believe should have been changed and possible replacement practices.
Must be 1000 words in length, at least three refences and reader friendly.
Here is an example professor gave:
I would need to note that there are a great many barriers to putting textbook decisions in the hands of faculty. The barriers are structural, historical, political, and interpersonal. I would also argue that certain environmental factors (such as MOOC's by Harvard and MIT, and the overall balloonong of information available free and inexpensively online) are creating pressure for a bit more flexibility in class requirements. If I were participating on this forum, I might want to make a post considering how these forces might play out against one another
