You are the owner of a local retail store specializing men's and women's clothing. In particular, you sell some higher-end products specifically tailored to attending Mardi Gras Balls. Your season peaks during the months of January and February, but you still see a steady stream of customers during the other "off months"?. You have also seen a slight drop in you revenues over the last 3 years. Through a customer survey you find that your customer have been "show rooming"? "?o that is when customers come in to see a product in person, only to buy it on line from a competitor. As a resolution to this issue, you have considered creating your own line of products. You are also asking your vendors to consider exclusivity with your store and/or creating products only you can offer. In thinking about how to proceed, consider the following:
