You will write a formal argumentative essay following the traditional (claim with reasons) model, incorporating research from a variety of sources to support a position/thesis of your choice on the topic of College Education. You are required to use four sources for your research: at least two of which must come from the assigned essays in your text (They Say/I Say, pages 205-295). Your essays position/thesis must be supported by at least three reasons, each of which will include at least two in-text citations (direct quotes and/or summarizations) from your four sources. Your essay will demonstrate a solid understanding of the argumentative strategies learned in ENG112 to support your thesis.
