You will have been handed one of seven different documents, each setting out the story of a particular project. Your assignment is to identify, explain, and reflect on the following in 2,500 words:
1. What were the aims and objectives of the project
2. Who was the sponsoring body or person and what authority did they have
3. Who took the role of project manager (even if not actually called the project manager)? Assess if they were successful in the role
4. Comment on the relationship between the project manager and their sponsor, particularly mentioning any issues that arose and how they were managed
5. Identify the time, cost and quality elements for the project and make an assessment on which was regarded as most important, and why
6. Identify at least two things that did not go according to plan assess why they may have happened, who took control and how they were resolved
7. Identify and explain the purpose of any project management tools used on the project
8. Make an assessment of whether the project was regarded as a success when it was completed
