The research paper will be based on the chosen areas "Financial Management" and topic as above. A research proposal (attach) have been submitted and that will form the basis of the final research paper. Comments given as follows from the submitted research proposal:

1. The use of different ratios to test dividend policies must be justified through literature review.

2. The opinion of the researcher needs to be heard instead of just hearing other peoples' work and also some sections are missing in the proposal report.

The research paper scheme is as follows;

- Introduction and objectives: Clear statement of historical or current background to the issues with justification for distinct, measurable objectives and associated, realistic methodology.

- Presentation of evidence: Comprehensive and measured presentation of information from a wide range of sources and demonstrably relevant to objectives and outcomes. References properly incorporated into text and listed after the text in alphabetical order(Harvard).

- Comparative analysis: Critical evaluation of how theory has been applied to practice and why. Identification of the significance of the practical realities which have been investigated and analysed - in respect to the report objectives.

- Outcome: Robust, logical conclusions and/or implications for the future. Identification of shortcomings in the methodology leading to explained limitations in the general applicability of outcomes. Objectives achieved, demonstrably.

- Overall presentation: Demonstrates strong logical coherence between chapters. Use of clear articulation and general adherence to a simple paragraph structure.
