Resource Conservation and Recovery Act‘s (RCRA)

Prepare a two- to three-page paper (excluding title and reference pages) that evaluates what is meant by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act‘s (RCRA) commitment to “cradle-to-grave” management of hazardous waste. Additionally, assess the requirements imposed by the RCRA upon generators, transporters, and Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) facilities. Analyze whether these requirements are sufficient to prevent future Superfund (CERCLA) sites.
