Leadership Paper - Strategies for Managing Change
Change is one of the most important topics facing all organizations. In some cases organizations are in danger because they are NOT changing (as their environment does change). In other cases…organizations are probably changing recklessly…too much too soon. Change may be of many different types. Technology may be changing, customers may be changing, competition may be changing, the workforce may be changing, laws and regulations may be changing, etc. etc. Your assignment is to explore the broad concept of organizational change….and to develop a ‘strategy’ that you would recommend be followed that will allow you and your organization (any organization) to be able to cope with change. You may choose to focus on how an individual can cope with change or how the organization may cope with change. The assignment topic is up to you.
