• Identify the sources of the data on which the plan is based
• Describe how the data have been used to inform the plan
• Comment on the reliability of the data on which the plan is based
• Critically analyse the appropriateness of the data for the uses to which they have been put in the report
• Identify other sources and types of data which would also have been useful to
have been used and why
