Groups are composed of people who perceive themselves and are perceived by others as forming a coherent unit to some degree. Submit a 3-5 page paper (excluding the coversheet and reference page), analyzing the symptoms of groupthink. In addition, provide a critique of groupthink, and elaborate on ways to prevent group think. Be sure to include a discussion of the effectiveness of group problem solving in various situations. The paper should have a minimum of three references in addition to the textbook.
