GLOBAL / DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP Experience PROJECT Part B Analysis Section

Purpose: The purpose of this entire project is to have you experience diversity in your community.

The purpose of this section (PART B) is to have you identify your personal and national culture (defining the terms personal culture and national cultureand then describing your own personal culture and national culture). You will also reflect back on 1 person from your chosen cultural group (from Part A) and identify their personal culture and national culture (HINT: their national culture may be the same as your own).

You will then look at your identity and the factors that influence it (particularly your personality). I will have you click on a website where you will answer several questions that will identify your personality type. You will then answer a few more

questions related to your personality. And you will then look at how your national culture is manifested in your own personality (yes, there is a connection between national culture and our personalities). Its important to understand our own identity

(and personality) when working with individuals from other cultures.

Length requirement: 4-5 pages: (If you go over, thats finejust no books please). Thanks!
