Fully explore the event/scandal/case.  Explain the actors in it, the political context around it and the public opinion about it.  The set up of the event should take almost half of your paper.

Then, use your book to explore and assess the ethical dilemma within the case.  Choose an ethical framework with which to view the dilemma.  Explain fully.
