Each Learning Team will select a component of the U.S. healthcare delivery system continuum.  Examples include long termcare, home care, in-patient care, out-patient care, mental healthcare, occupational health, school health, etc.  Prepare 15 –20 PowerPoint slides with detailed speaker notes describing thehealth care delivery component’s role in providing services and howit contributes to or lacks contribution to the overall managementof health care resources.  Include its role in transitioningpatients from one lever to another level of care in the healthcontinuum.  At least three references are required.
