Create an 8- to 10-slide presentation, using a presentation tool such as Microsoft® PowerPoint® or Prezi, on the historical contexts of leadership. Include detailed speaker notes. Use complete sentences in the speaker notes, with correct grammar and punctuation, to fully explain each slide as if you were giving an in-person presentation. Select someone who used a specific leadership model to mobilize large groups of people within the historical context. Include the following in your presentation: Provide the historical context of your leader. Explain what characteristics make them a good leader and how they fit within the historical context. Describe the leadership actions they took. Explain how this leader has inspired and mobilized others. Identify two leadership characteristics you would like to develop. If the leader were active in a different historical context, would he or she have been as successful? Why or why not? Explain how you have been influenced by the social forces around you in your own leadership development. Include images and references in your presentation to support your presentation.
