-Design a questionnaires as identified above;
-With the questionnaire there should be included a table with three columns, which contain the headings: Question Number; Reason for the question, and which objective it helps answer or part answer;
-Once the questionnaire has been seen by your tutor, you need to pilot the questionnaire to ten people in the target sample;
-The questionnaire should be complete, so you will need to pay particular attention in class as to what should be included in questionnaires, and read Oppenheims (1992) book on questionnaire design.
-You should provide a brief summary of the feedback you received from the participants on the design of your questionnaire, and identify which questions they suggested need altering (if any), and why;
-You should offer some graphs and tables from the preliminary primary data, using either SPSS or Microsoft Excel, with some analysis of these graphs and tables underneath them;
-In the summary, the student should provide a reflective analysis of any skills they need to develop for the future, from undertaking this piece of assessment.
