A company which has a head office, and a branch in other area about 200 kilometers between them. As well the company has a team working on other projects in client's place, they spend 6 months to almost 3 years on the clients place.
The company works on multiple projects with different clients. As part of the contract a team from the company should move to work at the clients location/site for the project period (from 6 months minimum to 3 years depending on the project size).

Therefore, the companys staff doesnt have connection with main office; whenever a document/data needed the staff should drive all the way to the office or let someone else to send the data by mail.
