What are the reporting requirements for a spill/release of a hazardous substance in reportable quantities.
1.List the various steps you should take in reporting a spill that exceed RQ, reportable quantities and if written in paragraph the work must be detail as for as reporting time, RQ and to whom. Also. your response must have information relating to Form R., Risk Management Plans, reportable quantities, submission of a written annual inventory of hazmats on Tier 1 and Tier 2 forms, exemptions to reporting requirements (i.e. registered pesticides, slow leaks), fines, and superfund site requirements such as Community Relations Plan and Administrative Record.
2.Note the person should have a degree in Management/Environment Law and have thorough knowledge of US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards as they Reporting Requirements for spill/release.
