An external and internal environmental analysis.
An appraisal of the existing customer management process within Fishy foods and a proposal for improvements.
A section explaining the customer behaviour of the typical customers for Fishy Foods.
A section explaining the need and advantages for Fishy Foods in having effective customer segmentation, targeting and positioning. In order to fully explain this section you will need to suggest and justify at least two segments of customers. You will also need to say which targeting strategy is to be used and why. You will submit a positioning map.
