Required: Complete the ratio by referring to the Income Statement for forecasted profit and loss schedule for years 2014 to 2017; and balance sheet for 2014 to 2017. Calculate the ration for each year. Note: Use the Net Income/Loss figures for the Operating Income and the Total Assets from the Balance Sheet.
After you calculate the ratios for each year, comment on what this means for Home Pharmaceuticals? How does this inform managers?
