Analyze Contemporary Views of Leadership
Select three contemporary leadership models from the Wren (1995) text and one article from each of the three leadership paradigms in the Week 5 Electronic Reserve Readings: •Emerging Leadership Paradigms •Non-Dominant Leadership Paradigms •Traditional Leadership Paradigms

As you begin your analysis of contemporary leadership, use the following analytical framework (graphic organizer) containing three to five categories of the contemporary, theoretical, and practice-based models of leadership. Using the graphic organizer below, choose two to four more categories for analyzing as you read the materials.

Write a 500 word paper presenting a professional leadership scenario and explain how you, as a leader, would handle that scenario through either an emerging, non-dominant, or traditional leadership paradigm based on the information from your graphic organizer.

For example, as a professional educational leader, how would the characteristics listed in the graphic organizer be applicable to a specific scenario in the classroom? How would it look?
