Constitution or Bill of Rights. After choosing your topic from the list below, decide your judicial
philosophy (how you interpret the Constitution and Bill of Rights) and discuss relevant cases and
Supreme Court rulings in your analysis.
Write a four page minimum essay analyzing one of the topics above in terms of its constitutional
and judicial interpretation. Create a thesis statement that describes how your analysis leads you
